  “These women are very inexperienced and should not be sewing on wedding dresses. It is a shame someone hired them to work on such an important piece of clothing!! They could not get the alterations right and we ended up with a very unsatisfactory bolero jacket. The bolero jacket they tried to sew was to replace a horrible looking temple fill they tried to make. They had to fix the hem on the dress three times. They left holes in the top of the dress that would not steam out. The holes came from permanent hooks and eyes they were not supposed to put on the dress. They had to put them on numerous times because they kept sewing them on upside down. They let out the dress and charged us and the dress did not need to be let out! The independent tailor who had to fix the jacket wondered if the women at David's Bridal had even measured the bride. You will be very disappointed if you have them alter your dress. Please, don't walk, run away from this store and their alterations department.”
