  “I would never go back to Quick Stitch if it was the last alteration place in Wichita. My first and only experience with them was a total disaster. She made an error on my order, disregarded my instructions and my project remained unfinished due to her error right before my wedding. Then she basically told she was too busy so I had to come back. And all she had to say for it was, I'm sorry I forgot. No refund, no make good and my project remained unfinished before my wedding. I had to compromise on my dress since I had no time left. To add insult to injury she had the balls to tell me to come back to her with more stuff and that she will take good care of me. They expect payment first, before services rendered and now I know why. If they mess up, they already have the money in their pocket. I am disgusted by Quick Stitch, go to Von Maur instead, pay half as much and get better craftsmanship and customer service.”
