    “I was told my 3 items would be ready on Friday. I went to pick up on Friday & was told she had not started on them, could I come back in half an hour. I couldn't, so I said I'd be back Saturday. I go in Saturday at 1:00pm & the items are still not ready. She asks if I can wait 20 minutes, but I had groceries in the car so I said I'd be back Monday. I had to make 3 trips to pick up my clothes. I was NOT happy with the service at all.”
